1. Free & Easy Replacement policy

The Mykit purchase process is designed to get it right for you, each time you place your order with us. We assure you that all products sold on this website are 3M ESPE certified and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Free & Easy replacement process promise has got you covered.

2.When is a free replacement applicable?

If you have received your customized MyKit in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' on the website, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with PISPL. If the product is out of stock, you will be intimated on the replacement time in 48hrs of receiving the complaint.

3. How do I ask for a replacement ?

MyKit replacement process is just 3 easy Steps, Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1 : Contact us and provide your Order ID details. Please fill in the complete information
  • Step 2 : Customer Support will confirm the replacement request number and will inform you about the pickup & replacement process.
  • Step 3 : Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition. [ Including all labels, original packaging and invoice along with the product ]

Note :

  • We do not have any extra charges. All replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
  • Number of days within which replacement can be initiated varies for different regions & cities. You must contact us within 48 hrs to initiate the replacement.
  • We support replacement only in case of the product being damaged in transit.
  • Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Customer Support will inform you on the pick up process. We pick up from most locations across India.However, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through your local courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charge against the original receipt.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with PISPL. In case a replacement is not available, PISPL will let you know the extended replacement period.

4. Replacement Timeline :

Once a replacement request is created, we will send you an email with details of the pickup process and replacement.

For most locations,the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other locations the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received.

If you do not get your replacement material within the promised stipulated date, please contact us immediately.
